With 40 new public artworks installed in 2022, ranging from a light installation by Shilpa Gupta at Stadium 974, to a desert installation by Olafur Eliasson, Qatar has transformed into an outdoor museum experience. Many of these public art pieces have been installed as Qatar prepares to host the largest sporting event in the world, the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
